YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
How Cincai handles information when you use the app, visit this website, or get in touch.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Who this policy covers
Cincai is an everyday decision app from Cosvas. This policy covers the Cincai Android and iOS app and cincai.cosvas.com. You can contact us at support@cosvas.com.
Information the app handles
Settings stored on your device
Cincai stores preferences such as your selected country, language, halal-only filter, meal-time filter, and lucky-number range on your device. It also keeps local app data and first-use settings. The app uses your device’s region to help select an initial country. Cincai does not require an account to make a pick.
App analytics
Cincai uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Analytics collection is enabled when the app starts. The app records category selections, result identifiers and types, result actions, empty results and errors, settings changes, language changes, update prompts, privacy-policy opens, and feedback-flow events.
Analytics also includes the selected country and language, halal-only and meal-time preferences, meal type, and lucky-number range. These preferences can reveal information about your interests or dietary choices. Feedback event metadata includes the feedback type and whether optional app information is included; the app does not send the feedback message text as an analytics event.
The analytics SDK can also collect app-instance identifiers, app and device information, interaction and session information, and approximate location inferred from network information. Android advertising-ID collection is disabled in the app’s configuration. Analytics is not the same as anonymous local-only storage.
Support and feedback
When you send feedback, the app opens your email application. We receive your email address, the message you send, and any attachments you add. If you choose to include app information, the email can contain your app version, selected country and language, operating system, device model, and hardware information. You can review the email before sending it.
Website requests
This website does not add advertising or analytics scripts, forms, or cookies. When hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes network and request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting-level settings may affect logging and security cookies.
How information is used
- Provide app suggestions and remember your preferences.
- Understand which features people use and identify problems with results and app flows.
- Respond to support requests and investigate reported problems.
- Deliver the website and protect its availability.
Service providers and external links
Google processes analytics information through Google Analytics for Firebase. See Firebase privacy and security information and Google’s privacy policy. Website delivery is provided by Cloudflare; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Email providers process support messages.
App actions may open Google Search, Google Maps, or an app store. Those services receive the requests you make and handle information under their own policies. App-store version checks may contact the relevant store. The app’s font library may fetch font files from Google when they are not available locally.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy and data-processing terms describe their practices and safeguards.
Retention and security
Local preferences remain on your device until app data is cleared or the app is removed, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings. Removing the app does not itself delete information already collected by analytics services or messages already sent by email.
Analytics retention depends on the production Google Analytics property’s retention settings. Support email retention depends on our support and mailbox practices.
We use service providers with security measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can change country, language, food filters, and lucky-number settings in the app. You can exclude optional diagnostic information from feedback and choose whether to send the email. You can clear local app data using your device controls where available.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information, email support@cosvas.com. Describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. Because the app does not use accounts, it may be difficult to link an analytics record to you. We will explain any limitations. Your rights depend on the laws that apply where you live; these may include the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children’s privacy
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Cincai or a support message, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also require a notice within the app.
