Reporting a problem

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Your app version and whether you use Android or iOS will help. You can attach a screenshot if it makes the problem easier to explain.

Why am I seeing a particular food suggestion?

Food suggestions use your country, halal-only setting, and meal-time filter. Check these in Settings. Food information is a suggestion; confirm ingredients, allergens, and halal suitability with the food provider.

Can I make my own categories?

Custom Mode is coming soon. The current app offers food, movies, travel, yes-or-no and left-or-right choices, lucky numbers, and lucky colours.

Which languages are available?

You can use Cincai in English, Chinese (中文), or Bahasa Melayu. Change your language in Settings.

Privacy and data requests

Read the privacy policy for information about local settings, analytics, and support messages. For a privacy request, email us with “Cincai privacy request” in the subject. No account is needed to use Cincai.
